This policy explains what information Lorelys ("we", "us") collects when you visit lorelys.com or join our waitlist, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, email support@lorelys.com.
What we collect
Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
Technical information sent automatically by your browser when you visit or sign up: IP address, approximate location (country, region and city derived from your IP address), browser and device type, the page you came from, and the date and time.
Campaign information from the link you used to reach us, such as UTM tags and the Facebook click ID, so we know which ad or post brought you here.
Cookies and similar technologies described below.
We don't ask for, and don't want, any information about your health or medical conditions. Please don't send us any.
How we use it
To send you updates about Lorelys, including when it becomes available. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
To measure and improve our advertising, including telling Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when someone who saw our ad joins the waitlist, and telling Google the same for our Google ads.
To understand how people use the site and to keep it secure, including blocking spam and automated sign-ups.
Cookies and tracking
Meta Pixel. Our site uses the Meta Pixel, which places cookies (such as _fbp and _fbc) and sends Meta information about your visit, for example that you viewed the page or joined the waitlist. When you join, we also send Meta your email address in hashed (scrambled) form through Meta's Conversions API, so it can match the sign-up to an ad. Meta uses this information to measure and deliver ads, as described in Meta's Privacy Policy. You can control ad preferences in your Meta Accounts Center.
Google Analytics and Google Ads. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and the Google Ads tag to measure whether our Google ads lead to waitlist sign-ups. These place cookies (such as _ga and _gcl_au). When you join, the Google tag may send a hashed (scrambled) version of your email address so Google can match the sign-up to an ad. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
Cloudflare Web Analytics. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or track you across websites.
Cloudflare Turnstile. Our sign-up form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that sign-ups come from people, not bots.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your email address or rent it to anyone. We share information only with the services that help us run Lorelys:
Cloudflare, which hosts the website and stores the waitlist.
Brevo, which we use to send emails.
Meta Platforms, for advertising measurement as described above.
Google, for analytics and advertising measurement as described above.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Other sign-up information is kept for as long as it's useful for measuring our marketing, and no longer than two years.
Your choices and rights
Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Access, correct or delete your information by emailing support@lorelys.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live (for example California, Washington and other US states, or the UK and EU), you may have additional rights, such as the right to know what we've shared, to opt out of sharing for advertising, or to withdraw consent. Email us to use any of them. We won't treat you differently for doing so.
Children
Lorelys is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Where your information is processed
Our service providers may process information in the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union and other countries.
Changes
We'll post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date at the top.
